Hello, fabulous people, I’m Beth. It has been quite the journey for me over the years and I am so excited to share all of it with you. I hope that you leave my website and blog feeling loved! I am a huge advocate for the power of positive energy and want to share it with you as much as possible. Hopefully you also find something that keeps you coming back! You may recognize me as my character “VENOM” from NBC’s hit-show American Gladiator. I am a National Fitness Champion and Joga instructor with a degree in exercise physiology and over twenty years of experience.
After years of personal training, I realized that I was limited to the clients in my area, but felt the need to inspire more! With that, I decided to launch a brand new online program to help others achieve their holistic fitness goals - I believe that it takes the mind, body, and soul to really achieve results. Through personalized workout videos, healthy eating tips, and meditation, I hope to inspire others to lead their healthiest life. I’ve also started this blog to share fitness tips, life stories, and build a community of like-minded individuals that encourage each other along the way.
Although it may surprise you by looking at me now, I can relate to what most people are going through as they seek to achieve their holistic fitness goals. I have had to overcome quite a few obstacles to get to where I am today - physically, mentally, and spiritually. Before becoming a professional athlete I had two serious knee injuries. I still struggle with knee pain when my arthritis flares up; just because I am a health and fitness coach doesn’t mean that my body is flawless. I started my fitness journey as a size 10/12 but through hard work, dedication and the help of a trainer I was able to fit into a size 2/4 in just four months! Yes, I said a size 10/12.
Your fitness journey is about so much more than just dropping a couple of dress sizes. I believe in a holistic approach to health and fitness. The ultimate healthy life focuses on having a healthy mind, body and soul. Clean eating, working out, and having an Attitude of Gratitude are all necessary aspects of living a happy and a healthy life.
