Get Rid of Stubborn Fat

Isn't stubborn fat annoying? You keep working so hard to get rid of it, but it seems like you can't catch a break or seeing any visible results. I know it can be frustrating, you've probably searched, searched, and searched to find the perfect tips and diet to suit your body type. 

How many times have you stood in a mirror, looked at yourself and pointed out all the negative things on your body? There is no need for this! Love your body and keep trying. I have always been real with you on my blog. Sticking with a diet or just exercising for at least 30 minutes a day whether that is walking or doing your favorite activity can help you reach your goals. 

Stubborn fat, no matter where you want to lose it there's a great routine that has been proven to work. It all comes down to four points:

  1. creating a calorie deficit
  2. exercising (preferably strength training, can use light weights)
  3. eating plenty of whole foods
  4. being patient . . . very, very patient

All four numbers are important, but the last one is especially, since the way your body stores and loses fat is unique to you. Your workout partner or you just notice that someone may lose weight faster than you, and that's OK. Stubborn fat is the last thing that is to go from your body. It is difficult at first, but once you get the hang of it, consistency and having patience will pay off in the end.
