Fat Burning Exercises

This week I have been into fat burning workouts that target my stubborn fat. I have been loving these workouts, especially because they only take 20-30 minutes. Fat burning workouts can be done with no equipment! Amazing right? These workouts can be done at the beach, the gym or at your home. If your days are consistently busy but you're trying to get back into your daily routine these workouts would be perfect for you! 

By incorporating intense periods of work with short recovery segments, interval training helps you give maximum intensity while still maintaining your exercise form. The beauty in high-intensity interval training to start burning fat is that it keeps your body burning fat even after you're done at the beach, gym or at home. During a fat burning workout, it puts your body in a perfect state to build lean mass. By elevating your heart rate during periods of hard work, you’ll increase your cardio ability and strengthen your heart. During the short rest intervals, you also increase your recovery capabilities—meaning you’ll be able to recover faster in future workout sessions.
