I believe community is one of the most important parts of a healthy life. Whether it is a family community, work community, spiritual community, or fitness community: we all need people to surround us, encourage us, push us, and do life with us! Life isn’t meant to be done alone. I hope to create an online fitness community where we can share in our struggles, and rejoice in our victories together!
I want this to be a safe place for like minded individuals who are focused on their mind, body and soul to come together and walk their fitness journey with one another. Whether you are having a tough day mentally, physically, or emotionally, I want to hear about it. I want to know which foods, exercises and tips are helping and which ones are not. I want to know what you like and what you don’t like. I want to know what works for you and what doesn’t work for you. I want to get to know you.
Yes, as a fitness trainer, I would like to build my clients list, but, to me, it is so much more than that. I want to know you. I want to walk through this journey with you. Fitness journeys can often be discouraging and overwhelming, and that’s okay. We all have tough days. But, with a community of people going through similar experiences, I really believe we can energize and encourage each other through every step of the way.
Everyone does not need to be in the same spot in their journey to come together and be in community. Some may be close to achieving their goals, and some just starting. All that matters is that we all work together and push each other to live our healthiest, happiest lives.
