I believe the best way to start the day is with an Attitude of Gratitude. While I am getting ready in the morning - washing my face, brushing my teeth - I think about all the people in my life, especially my parents, my Guides, my Angels…
I send out love and positive energy to everyone. I think about how wonderful my life is and just being thankful for having a job I love to go to, knowing I am helping others and trying to make the world a better place.
I am grateful for having a place to live, clothes to wear, food to eat, having a hot shower, and a warm bed.
Being grateful allows more abundance to come into your life.
Gratitude puts you at a very high frequency; connects you to Source Energy. Gratitude helps you manifest more positive feelings and positive experiences.
Gratitude brings joy and promotes health. Feelings of gratitude release positive endorphins throughout the body, creating health.
Having an Attitude of Gratitude instantly connects us to everything else; consciously recognizing our connection to ALL.
Consistently living with an Attitude of Gratitude takes practice. In the beginning, especially, we must wake up and make a conscious effort to pause and reflect. It is only after dedication and practice that our minds will begin to subconsciously live as grateful minds.
I challenge you to wake up every morning with an Attitude of Gratitude. Think positive thoughts and list things you are grateful for as you start your day. It will put you in the right mindset to take on your day.
